Women’s Guide:
Flats are available in sizes 5.5 – 12. Our flats are designed to be true to size.
Lace-Ups and Slip-Ons are available in whole sizes 6-12. For half sizes, we recommend ordering the next size up (8.5 should order 9, etc).
Widths are medium by default. “W” indicates “Wide”, which is designed to accommodate up to EE widths. For extra-wide feet, please consider a men’s shoe one size down (Women’s 9 = Men’s 8, etc).
Men’s Guide:
Available in whole sizes 8-13. For half sizes, we recommend ordering the next size up (10.5 should order 11, etc)

- Start by wiping down the shoes with a towel to get rid of any loose dirt.
- Next, remove the insoles (and laces, if washing Lace-Ups) from your shoes - you should wash these by hand in the sink for the best results.
- On the delicate/wool cycle (cold water) put your shoes in the washing machine. We suggest using a linen bag to protect the shoes.
- Air dry ONLY - do NOT tumble dry as this can ruin the shoes.
- Finally, reinsert the insoles (and laces, if applicable) and continue to enjoy your Merinos!

I have about 10 pairs of Merinos and I love them all. These black and white lace-ups are by far my favorites. I can lace them loose enough to be slip-ons, so that is a big plus. I’ve machine washed many of them in cold water and they never lose shape or look worn. They come out looking brand new. Best investment in shoes I’ve made!

My red lace ups are super comfortable! I have been wearing them around the house for about 6 hours and my feet are not sweaty or tired. My normal shoe size is 71/2 so I ordered the 8 and the length is perfect. These shoes do look narrow on my medium width feet but feel comfortable. I don’t think these would work well for wide feet. I do wish they had a bit more arch support. I will have to add my custom orthotics which won’t keep my feet as dry. Overall, I love the shoes and hope to order more.

I bought a pair on discount pricing. I'm a US 7.5 and got US 7.0 wide. They fit, but they are snug. They fit me best with no socks. They are super-comfortable, cushy, breathe well. I would suggest going up a half size if you're in between. These are non-returnable, so I'm going to live with them being snug.
