Return Policy

Merinos Return & Exchange Policy

• All unworn Merinos products purchased through MerinoShoes.com are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the original order (unless otherwise specified).
  
  
• We offer flat rate $7.50 shipping for all returns and free shipping for all exchanges.

• All returns and exchanges must be either new or gently house worn to receive a full refund or an exchange.  If unsure the shoes will work out, please only wear them indoors while you decide.

• Refunds are issued once the return has been delivered to our returns processing center.  Please refer to the tracking information on your prepaid shipping label for the status of your shipment.
