Merinos has exceptional customer service. The representative checked a shoe that was showing out of stock and found one last pair in the warehouse. She worked with me to ensure I was able to place an order quickly and easily! Keri is a tremendous asset and Merinos brand ambassador.
I look forward to ordering my third pair soon. The shoes are so comfortable, durable, and even washable! I am in love with my slip ons and look forward to many adventures ahead while wearing them.

They stay on my feet - YAY!
I kinda love these shoes. Been wearing them every almost all day and that's sayin' something for the feet I've been carrying around for 83 years. My intention is to buy a 2nd pair and maybe a 3rd. I have a narrow heel and a rather wide toe box with a wonky little toe.
My shoes stay on, they're totally comfortable and I do kinda like 'em. I'm smiling!
