Women’s Guide:
Flats are available in sizes 5.5 – 12. Our flats are designed to be true to size.
Lace-Ups and Slip-Ons are available in whole sizes 6-12. For half sizes, we recommend ordering the next size up (8.5 should order 9, etc).
Widths are medium by default. “W” indicates “Wide”, which is designed to accommodate up to EE widths. For extra-wide feet, please consider a men’s shoe one size down (Women’s 9 = Men’s 8, etc).
Men’s Guide:
Available in whole sizes 8-13. For half sizes, we recommend ordering the next size up (10.5 should order 11, etc)

- Start by wiping down the shoes with a towel to get rid of any loose dirt.
- Next, remove the insoles (and laces, if washing Lace-Ups) from your shoes - you should wash these by hand in the sink for the best results.
- On the delicate/wool cycle (cold water) put your shoes in the washing machine. We suggest using a linen bag to protect the shoes.
- Air dry ONLY - do NOT tumble dry as this can ruin the shoes.
- Finally, reinsert the insoles (and laces, if applicable) and continue to enjoy your Merinos!

This is my second pair. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I wear an orthotic in my left shoe for a leg length difference and it works well in these shoes. I have arthritis in that same foot and these are the only ones that i can walk in without discomfort. Cute, casual comfort.

I have had many of these shoes, in different styles, but my favorite style are the lace ups. I'm a size 8 1/2 and I have always bought a size 8 until recently. I happened to get a couple pairs of slip ons and ordered a size 9 to accommodate wearing peds with them as a size 8 was too tight. I decided that it would be more comfortable for me to wear a size 9, with or without a ped than a size 8 so I gave away all my size 8's and bought replacements for them in a size 9. Thank goodness Merino's had their money off these shoes so I took advantage of that. It's a great product.
