All Merino Shoes products purchased through MerinoShoes.com can be returned within 30 days of the date you received it, subject to the following exclusions:

The Customer Service team wasn’t able to locate the order number or other information needed to process the return.

All Merino Shoes products purchased through MerinoShoes.com can be exchanged for an equivalent product within 30 days of the date you received it unless the shoes appear worn or used. If requesting an exchange, please note the color and size you would like.
