Best ever!
My feet are difficult to fit partly because their shapes are not the same. When I found a pair of Merino classic laceups I knew I had the perfect fit. I needed laceups because without laces the shoes would slip off my heels. I am deliriously satisfied with these shoes. So much so that I wanted another pair when Merino announced a sale. For reasons I still cannot explain I had trouble ordering. That is where Keri Tucker enters the story. She answered my emails, understood my confusion and displayed more patience and care than anyone could have expected. Owing to my online issues Keri and I exchanged many emails. I want to express my deep gratitude to her and to the wonderful shoes from Merino.
