My original order did not fit well and I wrote a review about being disappointed with the shoe since it was the first time I was trying Merinos. They were proactive in contacting me and worked to get me in the correct, comfortable size. The representative I was dealing with was very responsive and helpful and turned the experience into a favorable and satisfying one. I now have 3 pair of very comfortable Merino shoes. Problems occur, but it's well trained, concerned customer service representatives who can turn the situation around and make the customer feel valued abd appreciated. THAT goes a long way in getting more business.

Have been wearing Merinos slip-ons for years and the lace-ups are equally comfortable. As an older individual with moderate peripheral neuropathy I find that Merinos are the most practical footware for most occasions.
